About
UpSkilling Project: 2021–2025 Since 2021, Cultúr has supported over 2,000 people from 55 countries, empowering migrants and promoting inclusion across Ireland. Our UpSkilling Project, extended to June 2025, aims to provide accredited training and employability support to 205 migrants over four years. The programme focuses on those most at risk of exclusion from mainstream services, including International Protection Applicants and other marginalized groups. The project is designed to: • Align with labour market needs • Help participants gain qualifications and job-readiness • Address language barriers • Promote mental health and well-being Training includes soft skills development, vocational courses, career planning, and community networking. Many participants have secured job placements, pursued further education, or taken on leadership roles in their communities. We are proud recipients of the 2021–2025 Engage & Educate Fund, supported by Mason Hayes & Curran LLP in partnership with Rethink Ireland. This support enables us to deliver meaningful, participant-driven programmes that create lasting impact. At Cultúr, we are committed to building pathways to opportunity, one person, one skill, one future at a time.
