The Career FastTrack Project is a free support and training programme designed to support legally resident migrants, who are experiencing barriers to participation, living in Co. Meath, Co. Louth, Co. Cavan and Co. Monaghan. It aims to enable participants to gain requisite knowledge and skills through career support, language and accredited professional training, subsequently leading to increased levels of employability, participation and further education. A blended approach, face-to-face and online learning and engagement, is offered to the project participants. The project consists of the following programmes: 1. Accredited Cambridge Business English courses (3 levels) incl. examination 2. Accredited Cambridge English courses (3 levels) incl. examination 3. Academic English 4. Essential English for the Health Professionals (OET) support 5. Employment Support Workshops (incl. CV preparation, interview skills, workplace rights) 6. One to One Guidance and Mentoring by a Job Coach 7.
