About
The Migrant Network Community Development Project (CDP) is an initiative focused on addressing social exclusion, discrimination, and inequality faced by ethnic minorities and migrant communities. By encouraging empowerment, participation, and collaboration, the project aims to create inclusive environments that support the integration and wellbeing of migrants across Meath and Louth Counties. Project highlights include delivering great conversational English classes in Dundalk (CCE), Irish/Gaelic Language Classes to enhance language skills and confidence in migrants. Strengthening community integration by encouraging connections between migrants and local residents through events such as Mother Language Day Commemoration, The International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination and Africa Day Celebration, alongside advocacy campaigns such as "The Poster Campaign", promoting diversity and understanding.
