The Cultúr Community Network Project (IPIF 2024) empowers 80 male International Protection Applicants (IPAs) in Meath, Louth, and Cavan through four pillars: 1. Soft skills (confidence, communication) 2. Career planning (personalized pathways) 3. Vocational training (industry certifications) 4. Social integration (community connections) Highlights: - 74 men enrolled (93% of target) - 77 vocational training sign-ups (security, forklift, patient handling) - Strategic partnerships with libraries, HSE, and Honorary Consul of Côte d'Ivoire for employment pathways - 21 participants request for vocational training is outstanding Impact: Breaking isolation, building skills, and fostering belonging for men transitioning from Direct Provision.
